By downloading, installing, or using the Gaze mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
Gaze is an eye training and wellness application that provides guided exercises, personalized training plans, educational content, and progress tracking features designed to help users maintain healthy vision and reduce eye strain.
Medical Disclaimer
Gaze is designed for general wellness and educational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The exercises and information provided should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider or eye care professional before starting any new eye exercise program, especially if you have existing eye conditions or concerns.
User Accounts
To access certain features of Gaze, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Not share your account with others
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Gaze offers in-app purchases including premium features, virtual currency (Coins), and subscription plans. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
- Payment: All purchases are charged to your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy
- Virtual Currency: Coins purchased in the app have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or servers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
- Use automated systems or software to extract data from the app
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of Gaze, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and design, are owned by Gaze or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app without our express written permission.
User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the app, such as profile information and custom settings. By using Gaze, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Privacy
Your use of Gaze is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
Third-Party Services

- Your use or inability to use the app
- Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
- Any interruption or cessation of the service
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
- Any errors or omissions in content
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gaze and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Gaze at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the app without liability.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Gaze after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Gaze immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Gaze shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
Severability

Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gaze regarding your use of the app and supersede any prior agreements.
